At MDC Landscapes Ltd we provide the professional construction and installation of many hard features, including decking, fencing, lighting, raised beds, summer houses, patios, pathways, driveways and much more.

We will only use top quality materials, and developments within the industry and improvements in material design have generated products which need far less maintenance while providing a much greater life span than that of their alternatives. Whenever possible we also use recycled products which in turn can generate environmental, financial and social return.

The quality and quantity of products on offer today can be extremely daunting in terms of choice but with our experience and knowledge we are able to high light the positives and negatives of any installation, helping to guide our clients in making the right choice for their requirements.

Building standards:

All our hard feature installations are constructed in accordance with BS (British Standards) regulations and we will always take into account key factors such as ground conditions, existing landscape features and evaluate so to conclude if amendments should be made in terms of the construction of any feature.

We will forward all proposals accompanied by computer aided designs and construction drawings if necessary, to include detailed information and measurements along with material samples & notes, until you are happy with the progression of your project.

Commercial installations:

We also offer commercial installations and have built up an excellent client list including the likes of David Patton & Sons (NI) Ltd and John Lewis Partnership, working closely with structural engineers and renowned architects in order to forward and construct our design ideas.
